During the winter season, many dogs and cats feel the cold as much as their owners do, especially when they are not used to the cold. In order to keep your specific dog warm through the winter months, it’s worth your time to make sure your pup stays nice and warm all winter. This heat pad is designed to cradle your pet in gentle warming comfort and it is safe and secure.

NOTE:

Leaving the pad in the open air will allow the heat to dissipate. When your dog lays on the pad the trapped heat will build up to a veterinary recommended temperature and this heat pad does not get hot.

Usage:

• Plug the DC adaptor into a safety-tested electrical outlet then connect the pet heating pad to 12V adaptor.
• Make sure that DC adaptor and temperature control cord is positioned to the back of pad .
• Press “power on/off” key to activate the pad. Press”Temp. up” key to raise temp by 5 degrees every time while “Temp. down” key is opposite.

Tips & Notice: 

1. You’ll notice that the heated pad may not feel warm to the touch when your pet is not on the pad. That is normal! The progress of heating is slow to warm when pets in sleeping, need to take almost 10 minutes to heat up when your pets lay on it.
2. Don’t soak the heated pad in water.
3. Although the pad with 55°C/131°F thermal protector, we advise turn off it when your pet leaving.

WARNING:

• Stop using it if any visible damage is apparent (cracks, tears or blistering).
• Do not puncture or use any object to secure the pad in place.
• Do not immerse pad in water.

Maintenance:

• Turn off the pet heating pad and unplug it when you do not use it.
• Wipe pad clean with a damp cloth or sponge and do not use any detergent to clean it up. Make sure cover is dry before reassembling it.
